Why Lead♥ship Coaching

Hello! My name is Parthena. I am a Senior HR Professional and an ICF-certified Business Coach (ACC) with a distinct passion for human connection in a heart-centered work environment. I believe that our authenticity in leading others begins with our capacity to care for ourselves, regulate our emotions, and ultimately prioritize our own personal and professional growth. Leading with empathy and intuition creates a work environment where everyone feels understood and valued, boosting their loyalty and productivity. It promotes open communication and a strong sense of trust. In this way, organizations can grow sustainably. A motivated team forms the foundation of innovation and success. Leadership, compassion, and Coaching also have the potential to form synergies by creating a space for personal growth. My Lead♥ship Journey

With a love for and a deep interest in all things human and interpersonal, I find the deeper meaning of my work in fostering close, trusting relationships and promoting personal growth. My years of experience in Human Resources have honed my ability to understand and respond to the diverse needs of people in the workplace. I believe in the power of listening, the strength of vulnerability and the impact of sincere communication. I am convinced that these qualities are key to creating an environment where everyone feels seen, heard and valued - both personally and professionally. How we treat ourselves and others also shapes the way we make decisions. By living and promoting self-awareness and emotional intelligence as leaders, we can cultivate a culture of compassion that permeates all levels of an organisation. I firmly believe that you can never be "too nice", "too caring", "too empathetic" or "too understanding" and that these qualities should not automatically be equated with leadership weakness, lack of decision-making ability or lack of respect from the people you are privileged to lead. My personal experience and journey as a coachee have been instrumental in helping me to see these qualities for what they actually are: My personal key to a value-led, healthy life and work. As a certified business coach, I now want to "give something back": I am dedicated to working with leaders who want to embark on their own transformative journey to greater Lead♥ship. I want to encourage them to unlock their "inner wisdom", to live more confidently their true, authentic self and to lead with empathy, understanding and compassion.
