I’m Parthena, a seasoned HR Executive with a passion for leadership and personal development, coaching, mentoring, training, and psychoeducational workshops - and, above all, a passionate advocate for greater empathy in the workplace and in life.

In a world where speed, perfection, and performance are rewarded, it’s easy to get lost in the whirlwind of others’ expectations. If you’re an empathetic person, you probably perceive everything more intensely: You “soak up” emotions, question things deeply, and have a hard time setting boundaries. Perhaps you even confuse your kindness with weakness or your intuition with self-doubt.

I speak from experience. For a long time, I believed that my own needs didn’t matter, that it was selfish to put myself first, and that my sensitivity was a burden on me and others. I remained silent, carried others’ problems as my own, and lived more in conformity than in true self-responsibility and authority.

My journey of self-development has taught me that sensitivity and empathy are not weaknesses; they are superpowers when used consciously, mindfully, and with discernment. Through inner work, I have learned to respect my own needs, set healthy boundaries, and lead from a place of deep clarity and trust rather than from my wounds.

Today, I guide others in doing the same. At DeepDive Coaching, I create a safe, structured space for individuals and leaders where they can reconnect with their authenticity, their voice, and their inner, natural authority - without losing their empathy or respect for themselves and others.
