Hi!

I’m Parthena, an experienced HR executive and ICF-certified Business & Life Coach (PCC) with a passion for leadership and personal development.

To me, leadership is a journey across open, deep water. There are principles that can guide us, but no single map that works for everyone. We each navigate different currents, face different storms, and discover our own way forward. For a long time, leadership development focused on what is visible above the waterline: skills, behaviors, performance, and KPIs.

During my career, I've found that the most meaningful growth often happens below the surface, where values, beliefs, emotions, conditioning, and relationships reside. That's where the answers and solutions we're seeking begin to emerge. That's where trust is built beyond relying on authority. That's were we understand ourselves before trying to lead others.
